Product Return Information - Europe
Please note: We have revised our logistics processes to accelerate shipments coming from DSI to you, and those shipments coming from you to DSI.
Our USA-based Client Services department is handling European orders. Office hours are 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. CET (Central European Time). You may contact Client Services by emailing email@example.com
DSI will continue to send orders from the USA directly to a final address and your Sales and Support contacts at DSI will remain the same.
Customers within the European Union
Please ensure the Intra-European Union Value Added Tax number (EU VAT number) for your
institution is listed on the purchase order. If your institution does not have an EU VAT number,
VAT will be added to the invoice.
Customers outside the European Union
Only the amount listed on your quotation will be invoiced by Data Sciences International.
Applicable duties and taxes must be paid locally.
Shipments from DSI are now clearing EU Customs through Germany, therefore DSI's invoice includes a German VAT number and United States address. The address and VAT number are:

DSI Exchange and Product Investigation
For all Implant exchanges, please include the DSI Exchange form below and if possible, a copy of the purchase order.
If you have opened a case with DSI in order to return a product, please include the Product Investigation Form provided by DSI Support. If any implants or transmitters did not perform properly, please contact Technical Support for a Product Investigation Form (DO NOT return them using the Exchange process).

DSI now offers complimentary returns shipping for clients through a UPS Return Shipment Portal

If you are unable to use the UPS Returns Service, please send the products to our U.S. address below using a traceable shipping service (e.g. FedEx or DHL).
