As the industry leader in telemetry information, DSI provides cutting edge software to complement its family of transmitters and hardware components. Animal physiological parameters monitored by DSI Transmitters and transmitted via radio frequency signals to a variety of DSI receivers must be collected and analyzed.
DSI software, bundled as the DSI Dataquest A.R.T.™ system, works seamlessly with DSI transmitters and receivers. The quality of your data is unsurpassed when using DSI trademarked products.
Our software uses a common system platform regardless of animal size or species. Plus, the Dataquest A.R.T.™ system provides a robust 21 CFR part 11 compliant platform, allowing for continuous or scheduled sampling protocols.
Dataquest™ OpenART™ allows researchers who want to utilize telemetry with other third-party data acquisition systems. DSI has developed corporate partnerships with leading third-party data acquisition systems including those produced by Notocord, EMKA Technologies, and Buxco Research Systems.
Dataquest A.R.T.™ Analysis provides advanced post-processing and exporting features for the researcher using the Dataquest A.R.T.™ System. It features a comprehensive set of tools for creating tables, plots and exporting data to other programs for further analysis.
The DSI NeuroScore™ software offers fully automated sleep scoring based on EEG, EMG, and other waveform signals collected with the Dataquest A.R.T. or Ponemah data acquisition systems. This may include data collected by implantable telemetry, surface telemetry, or hardwired amplifiers.
In addition, the software will provide advanced frequency analysis tools as a basis to manually score and audit automated results.
In 2006, DSI combined software offerings with Ponemah. Ponemah software includes the Ponemah Physiology Platform, which is modular in nature and allows the user to custom design the configuration based on their needs, budget and convenience - without the need for any programming. The Ponemah Tissue Platform is tailored specifically for isolated smooth muscle and pulsatile tissue applications. Software Analysis Modules can be purchased to work with the Ponemah Physiology Platform based on user application.
