As the global leader in implantable telemetric physiologic monitors, DSI strives to always meet the needs of researchers. In providing a complete system for monitoring and collecting telemetry information, we are committed to developing innovative parts and accessories to streamline the work done by researchers when conducting telemetry studies.
DSI provides a variety of accessories to assist researchers in measuring, gathering and analyzing telemetry information.
The Telemetry Signal Simulator simulates the output of DSI PhysioTel® Transmitters and provides a convenient way to learn and demonstrate the use of the Dataquest System without the need for an implanted transmitter.
DSI offers an Intracardiac ECG that provides an interface between standard DSI biopotential leads and “off-the-shelf” intracardiac leads. These are used when measuring biopotentials such as ECG, EEG and EMG. The signal measured using an intracardiac lead connector is of superior quality as compared to subcutaneous lead placement.
The combination of DSI and Scisense offers researchers a validated solid state pressure sensing catheter system designed to produce high fidelity pressure measurements with a higher resolution than any other sensor on the market. Scisense provides accuracy and flexibility as catheters are also compatible with other commercially available pressure and pressure-volume systems.
The biopotential
Lead Coupler Kits are used to quickly and conveniently join
two segments of ECG, EMG, or EEG leads on any DSI
biopotential transmitter.
Whether using a metal or plastic cage, researchers may use DSI’s Right Angle Connector for the RMC-1 when less space is available for the cable exiting the rear of the RMC-1 receiver. This offers the flexibility of placing cages closer to walls or adjacent cages.
The Isolated Defibrillation ECG Probe is designed for the investigation of physiological processes in the pre-clinical research field. Suitable for intra-cardiac or surface electrodes.
