Expedited Transmitter Exchange Program - Rest of World
The Expedited Transmitter Exchange Program allows you to return designated transmitter models. And for an additional fee per transmitter, we will ship your transmitter exchanges within two business days. Your transmitter exchanges will be refurbished devices ready for implant.*
The expedited delivery service is designed for fulfilling low volumes of transmitter shipments. The ability to fulfill larger expedite requests will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Instructions for the International Countries (except Europe) Expedite Program
If you're interested in our Transmitter Exchange Expedite Program, please fax or email a copy of your Purchase Order with the expedite fee included, a copy of the Transmitter Exchange Form with the word "EXPEDITE" written across the top in bold letters, a copy of the Air Waybill or the AWB Tracking number

Return your transmitters to DSI via next day a.m. or p.m. delivery. Once your transmitters are received, we will ship your order within 2 business days.
PLEASE NOTE: If you would like to expedite New Transmitter Orders we will need a copy of your Purchase Order with the expedite fee included, and a note that says Expedite Program in the body of the Purchase Order.
We will not be able to ship any transmitter orders for new or exchanged transmitters until a copy of the purchase order with the expedite fee is received at DSI.
*This program is subject to transmitter availability and normal shipping charges apply. Transmitters must be received by DSI prior to return shipping. Transmitters will be shipped within two days after returned transmitters are received by DSI with a valid purchase order. The Expedite Program will not increase the lead-time for standard transmitter exchanges. The lead-time will remain 3 weeks or less for standard exchange orders.
