| DSI PhysioTel® F40-TT for Small Animals |
The F40-TT includes two external thermistor probes for remote measurement of temperature in rodents (primarily rats). Target applications include tail/core temperature (hot flush studies) and movement of temperature in brown adipose fat. This device works in conjunction with existing DSI receivers and software, with a minor database update required for software configuration. The F40-TT is intended for subcutaneous placement for most applications with the temperature probes being routed to the locations of interest.
