DSI Small Animal Plethysmography
DSI’s Small Animal Plethysmography Chambers are ideal for respiratory rate and tidal volume assessments. Alternatively, with the combination of telemetry and hardwired signals, the system can be used to acquire cardiovascular and respiratory endpoints in a single study.
DSI Large Animal Plethysmography
Respiratory Inductive Plethysmography (RIP) uses state of the art technology to monitor respiration externally in a non-invasive manner. It allows stress-free data collection from free roaming animals and is superior to piezo-resistive effort belts due to the ability to more accurately assess changes in respiratory volume.
Temperature, Humidity and Barometric Pressure Sensors
The Temperature and Humidity sensors are designed to be used with the DSI Unrestrained Whole Body Plethysmograph Chamber when collecting data using the compensated method.
